By accessing or using the CleanClik mobile application (the "App") provided by MaybeCoded ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App. Use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Use by those under 18 is prohibited.
CleanClik lets users photograph and map locations of litter and trash. The App uses AI to classify trash density in uploaded images. Users may view a community map of submitted reports.
Certain features require an account via Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
By uploading photographs or other content ("User Content"), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the App and our operations.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove User Content at our sole discretion and without notice. We use automated systems and manual review. Users may report objectionable content in-app; we aim to act within 24 hours. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.
The App provides mechanisms to report objectionable content and block other users. Abuse of reporting features may result in account suspension.
The App and its original content (excluding User Content) remain the exclusive property of MaybeCoded, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. THE ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED TRASH CLASSIFICATIONS IS NOT GUARANTEED AND IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MAYBECODED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, ANY THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR CONTENT. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MaybeCoded and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising from your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through App settings. Certain information may be retained as required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via the App or other reasonable means. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MaybeCoded regarding the App.
