This privacy policy applies to the CleanClik app (the "Application") for mobile devices, created by MaybeCoded (the "Service Provider") as a free service provided "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it, which may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address
• Pages visited, time and date of visits, time spent on those pages
• Total time spent in the Application
• The operating system on your mobile device

The Application collects your device's location to support the following:

• Geolocation Services: Location data is used to map and visualize trash locations reported by users — the core functionality of the Application.
• Analytics and Improvements: Aggregated, anonymized location data helps analyze behavior, identify trends, and improve performance.
• Third-Party Services: Anonymized location data may be shared with external services to enhance and optimize the Application.

The Service Provider may use your information to contact you with important notices. Personally identifiable information (including email address and authentication credentials) you provide will be retained and used as described here.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services. The Service Provider may disclose information:

• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
• When necessary in good faith to protect rights, safety, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• With trusted service providers who work on our behalf, have no independent use of disclosed information, and have agreed to the rules in this policy.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application through your device's standard uninstall process or via your app marketplace.

Data Retention

User Provided data is retained for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. To request deletion, contact us at dev@maybecoded.com.

Children

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Parents and guardians are encouraged to monitor usage. You must be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information (or have a parent or guardian do so on your behalf, where permitted). If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us at dev@maybecoded.com.

Security

The Service Provider applies physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information it processes and maintains.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time.
